Writing clever stuff

Written by Lasse Gejl 547 days ago in category: personal

This is my opening reception. The weblog is online.

I’m all out of canapés and cute drinks with olives on sticks. But you’ll live. Instead I’ll offer my dear reader(s) something useful: words.

A reason to blog?

Yes. Actually there are several reasons to blog, write articles, publish online. Here’s what I’m thinking:

It’s about giving you something useful while earning respect and improving my communication skills.

Subjects?

I’ll be writing clever stuff about web design, usability, marketing, search engines plus other related subjects. Hopefully it’ll be with a personal touch. I can do “official”, but it’s not fun to read. And it will definitely not make you stay longer.

This will be my first attempt of conquering the English language in writing. Needless to say – it brings in a bigger crowd. If I have it my way.

What’s the story?

I’m Danish. Weather got too cold for me, and I found myself moving to Perth, WA fourteen days ago. I’m loving it! TM

I want to meet people who create cool stuff

While visiting this great country I’ll hopefully have a chance to work with some skilled people from the growing web industry in Perth. Can’t wait.

Next in line

I’ll publish a few articles in the following weeks, and on the 12th of December I’ll be joining the rest of Perth’s digital media community at Massive 2006.

And also – there’s a RSS feed avaliable:
